An “action-packed YA adventure set against the backdrop of Jeufal Japan“?! Sign me up! I’ve heard some great things about Renée Ahdieh, so when Flame in the Mist was available on Netgalley, I could not pass up the opportunity. I never got anything off Netgalley before, so I imagine my surprise when I got the email telling me I got access to the title! A huuuuuuge thank you to Pinguin for providing me with an eARC. August TBR
This is probably the longest monthly TBR ever! I’ve got so many unread books on my shelf and I have another month of my Scribd subscription left, so I plan on reading lots this month! I have two weeks left before I start my internship about a month before I go back to college. I’ll probably be busy then, but I’m excited to have some reading to get home to at the end of the day! So now, without further ado; here’s my August TBR!

July Wrap Up
I had the whole month of July off from college, which means I had a whole lot of time to read! I’ve read 13 books this month, and that’s crazy! If it wasn’t for this wrap up, I’d probably forget what I read at the start of the month, it honestly feels like forever ago. I’ve read some very good books this month, listened to some audiobooks, and I also gave a certain book my lowest rating yet. Let’s just dive straight into the wrap up!

Book Babble: my words for what others might call a discussion. In my first Behind The Books post, I talked about how I “stopped” reading Dutch books and switched to English. Being a Dutch book blogger in the Netherlands who only reads English can be quite complicated, but it’s all worth it! I do occasionally pick up a Dutch book, but it’s quite rare!
